Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, stored on end-user devices, intended for use with websites. Cookies identify the User, which allows the content of the website being used to be tailored to their needs. By remembering their preferences, it enables appropriate tailoring of content directed at them, including advertisements. The Personal Data Controller uses cookies to guarantee an appropriate standard of comfort for the Service, and the collected data is used only internally for the purpose of optimising operations.

Cookies are used for the following purposes:

  1. tailoring the content of the Service to User preferences;
  2. optimising the use of the Service, in particular by recognising the User's end device;
  3. creating statistics;
  4. maintaining User sessions;
  5. delivering advertising content to the User.

Collected data is used to monitor and verify how Users use the Service, in order to improve its operation and ensure more effective and seamless navigation. It should be noted that in some cases, independent of the Owner, software installed by the User on their end device for browsing websites (e.g. web browser) introduces default cookie storage on the User's end device. Users may change their cookie settings at any time. These settings may be changed, among other things, to block automatic cookie storage or to be informed each time cookies are placed on the User's end device. Detailed information in this regard is available in the settings and instructions of the software (web browser). The User may at any time disable or restore the option of collecting cookies by changing the settings in their web browser. Changing settings constitutes an expression of objection, which in the future may cause difficulties in using the Service. Complete disabling of the cookie acceptance option will not prevent browsing of the content available on the Service, with the exception of content that requires login. Failure to change settings means that data will be placed on the User's end device (using the Service will cause automatic placement of cookies on the User's end device). Stored data placed on the User's end device does not cause configuration changes to the User's end device or software installed on it. As a result of the objection, we will consider whether, for reasons related to your particular situation, your rights and freedoms take priority over the grounds for the protection of the confidentiality of the personal data we process.

You may withdraw your consent for the use of your personal data at any time (Art. 7 GDPR). Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of their use based on consent before its withdrawal.
